It is packed with unique features, including removable & swivel armrests and thick soft padding. It therefore provides extremely good pressure relief throughout the chair, and is designed for those at risk of pressure ulcers, bedsores, or who have difficulty sitting for long periods in ordinary armchairs or sleeping chairs.

The Cocoon includes all the features you would expect to find in a lift and recline chair, such as electrically operated lift function, adjustable backrest, and leg support. These functions are easily operated with the included remote control.

This version of the "Cocoon" has dual motors, meaning you can operate the backrest independently of the leg support. The unique feature of the Cocoon is its luxurious quilted cover made of polyurethane (faux leather) and fiber filling with silicone fibers, providing maximum comfort and pressure relief. The ultra-soft cover is easy to clean and can be wiped with a damp cloth and a little soap.

Another feature of the Cocoon is its integrated swivel and removable armrests, making it easy to transfer directly from/to a wheelchair or for access using a lifting device/floor lift. This only requires ordering 1 set of 4 fixed legs – then you can drive the legs of the floor lift directly under the armchair.

There are also optional accessories, including a tray, magazine holder, and fixed high legs for use with a floor lift, etc.

The Cocoon is available in 2 seat widths, and the seat depth can be adjusted in two sizes on a single chair. This way, the chair can be uniquely adjusted to you, regardless of whether you are tall or smaller.

The seat height is 45 cm from the floor.
