This lightweight aluminum wheelchair has the same frame as our much-loved MOBILEX Dolphin wheelchair. The difference is that attention has been paid to the details with the large, soft, thick all-terrain air tires. These tires offer excellent grip, a large contact surface, and are extremely shock-absorbing.

The frame is made of aluminum, which makes the wheelchair incredibly light, yet incredibly strong and robust. The wheelchair is easy to push, whether you have an attendant pushing it, or if you propel it yourself using your arms. There is a handrim mounted along both wheels, making it easy to move around by yourself. The armrests, push handles, seat, and backrest are in classic black, and a lovely soft black cushion for the seat is included. The seat width of this wheelchair ranges from 40 to 51 cm.

The seat depth can be adjusted in height from 42-48 cm, so you are not dependent on whether you need to sit at a low height at the dining table, or if you simply prefer to sit higher up. This lovely lightweight wheelchair also features a special finesse: the armrests can be easily flipped back. This finesse makes it very easy to transfer sideways, for example, from the wheelchair to a bed.

Likewise, both armrests, leg rests, and handles can be adjusted in height to suit you. Adjustment is easily done by holding down a button while moving the armrest up or down to the appropriate height. Wheels, leg rests, and armrests can be quickly detached, allowing the wheelchair to be easily folded to nothing.

It is easy to take along in even smaller cars and is particularly easy to handle. This beautiful quality wheelchair is available in four different widths. To find the right width for you, lower both arms along the side of your body. The measurement should roughly match the distance between the outside of your arms – possibly a little less.

The wheelchair is ISO 7176-19 approved, which means it is approved for securing in accessible vehicles and flexible transport.

NOTE! These are low-pressure tires and should not be inflated to more than approximately 3-4 bar (you should be able to press 3-5 mm into the tire with your thumb).
