Transfer board made of durable and sturdy 6 mm white plastic (polypropylene). The purpose of a transfer board is to allow you to safely and securely transfer between two fixed units, e.g., from bed to wheelchair, or from chair to wheelchair.

The transfer board has a very smooth surface and low friction, which allows you to easily transfer without having to stand up or exert much effort. It is only important that you wear clothes or sit on a piece of fabric or a glide sheet, as bare skin creates friction. Place the board like a bridge between, for example, a wheelchair and a chair, and let yourself slide easily across.

It is always recommended to have a transfer board if you are a wheelchair user, dependent on various standing lifts, ceiling lifts, cannot/should not bear weight on your legs, or have recently undergone surgery on, for example, your leg or hip. The reason for this is that all electronics can break down or run out of power/battery, and then it's good to be sure that you, either by yourself or with the help of an assistant, can transfer wherever you wish. The board is easy to clean with ordinary cleaning agents.
