We deliver with PostNord and usually within 1-3 days unless otherwise stated.

The shipping cost is DKK 59 for orders under DKK 800, free delivery to a parcel shop for orders over DKK 800.

Business delivery can be purchased for DKK 90 and home delivery for DKK 90.

If your item is broken, or if you have questions regarding returns, complaints, or anything else, please contact us via our email address kontakt@seniorpleje.dk.

How long do I have to return my item?
You can return your item up to 14 days after you received or collected it. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must not smell of smoke, have been opened in a smoker's home, or have been near animals or pets (due to allergies).
When purchasing items, the original packaging can constitute a significant part of the item's value. Therefore, always remember to return the packaging. Once the item has been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.

If it is an item that, according to agreement, was specially ordered for you, we will deduct a fee for postage + handling if this item is returned unexpectedly.

It is important that the item is properly packaged when you return it.

The cost of using the included return label is DKK 69 for all standard items.

All rollators and wheelchairs are exempt. These cost DKK 89 to return.

The buyer is responsible for returning armchairs as these are special/order items.

NOTE! The item must not be sent to a parcel shop. In that case, the package will be returned.

How do I get my money back?
Once we have received your item, you will receive an email approving the return. We will transfer the purchase amount back to the account with which the item was purchased. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the refund amount to another account.

How do I complain about an item?
You can complain about a defective or damaged item. The complaint must include a description of the defect and a picture of it.

If the complaint concerns shipping damage, the complaint must be made no later than 7 days after the item is delivered, and preferably as soon as possible. The complaint must include a picture of the damaged item, a picture of the GLS label from the package, and a picture of the protective contents of the box.
